Care Support Worker: As a member of our team, would you like to provide great care to children, young adults with epilepsy, and other complex needs?

Assisting the students and residents of our well-appointed residential bungalows with a wide range of tasks is a specialty of our caring staff. Personal care, recreation, household chores, medicine administration, and the development of life skills all fall under this umbrella of establishing a homelike atmosphere that fosters a sense of security and belonging.

If you work in our Children’s Home or Supported Living Service, you will also assist our children and young people with their education, assisting them in the classroom as they learn new skills and information that will help them become more independent, healthy, and confident.

Experience in the care industry is not necessary, but you must be driven, motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about people if you want to join our team. For example, we’ll help you get fully funded certifications in Adult Health and Social Care and Residential Child Care (NVQ/RFQ Level 2 & 3) through our training and support programs.

Between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire is the 60-acre estate known as St Elizabeth’s. Families with children who have epilepsy or other special needs can get help at our children’s homes, schools, colleges, nursing homes, and day centers.
